Important Notice to Our Residents:

During this unsettling time, we’d like to assure everyone that providing a safe and healthy community for our residents and employees is our top priority at Kromer Investments.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 activity, following guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control while taking actions to keep our residents, prospective residents, and associates safe. To promote the health and safety of our communities, we will close recreational common areas (pool, gym, etc.) and management will work remotely until at least April 1st.

Let’s work together as a community to limit exposure and promote health and safety for everyone. Here are some ways we can limit exposure:

  • Pay Your Rent Online
    Rent can be paid online at www.kromerinvestments.com
    1. Click “Pay Rent” at the top of the page.
    2. Log in, or click “Sign Up” underneath the log-in box.
    3. It will ask for your account number, which is listed at the top of your lease agreement.
    4. Credit/Debit card payments include a 3.5% convenience fee. Paying via e-check has no fee.
    5. You may also pay over the phone during business hours by calling your leasing office.
  • Submit Work Orders Online
    Work orders can be submitted at www.kromerinvestments.com
    1. Click “Work Order” at the top of the page.
    2. Log in, or click “Sign Up” underneath the log-in box.
    3. It will ask for your account number, which is listed at the top of your lease agreement.
    4. Fill out the form and submit the work order.
    5. You may also submit a work order over the phone by calling your leasing office.
  • Arrange Package Pick-Up
    Packages will not be received in the office until at least April 1st. Please request that your packages be delivered to the door if you will be home, or you can arrange to pick up your packages from a UPS/Fed-Ex/USPS facility.
