Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our apartment community. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property’s common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all interior common areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, fitness center, clubhouse, leasing office, and public restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize common areas on a routine schedule.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies in common areas and restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or needed repairs to the property management team.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the property by keeping entrances, walkways, and other shared spaces clean and presentable.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
