Entry Community Manager
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Entry-Level Community Manager to support the daily operations of a residential property community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining a welcoming environment, and gaining hands-on experience in property management and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service
- Will be floating in between properties
- Assist with resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in person, by phone, and via email
- Support leasing activities, including scheduling tours and assisting with applications
- Help maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a strong sense of community
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident onboarding
- Coordinate and communicate community updates, notices, and events
- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist in tracking maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Help ensure the property adheres to company policies and community rules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in real estate, hospitality, or business is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using basic office software and property management systems
