We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Entry-Level Community Manager to support the daily operations of a residential property community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining a welcoming environment, and gaining hands-on experience in property management and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service
  • Will be floating in between properties
  • Assist with resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in person, by phone, and via email
  • Support leasing activities, including scheduling tours and assisting with applications
  • Help maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a strong sense of community
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident onboarding
  • Coordinate and communicate community updates, notices, and events
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assist in tracking maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Help ensure the property adheres to company policies and community rules

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in real estate, hospitality, or business is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using basic office software and property management systems
