We are a growing company seeking a dynamic individual to build, manage, and represent our brand from the ground up. This hybrid role combines the creativity and presence of a Brand Ambassador with the strategic oversight of a Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will shape our identity, lead all marketing efforts, foster a positive company culture, and strengthen resident relationships to drive loyalty and retention. This is a hands-on role for someone entrepreneurial, innovative, and eager to grow with the company.

Brand Development & Representation

  • Define and develop brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Serve as the face and voice of the brand at events, in media, and across digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across signage, materials, and communications.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans (digital, print, social, and community outreach).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community activities.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Resident Retention & Engagement
  • Design and implement resident engagement and retention programs (events, surveys, communication campaigns).
  • Track resident satisfaction through feedback, reviews, and retention metrics.
  • Partner with onsite teams to ensure a positive resident experience aligned with brand values.
  • Highlight resident stories/testimonials in marketing to build community and loyalty.

Culture & Internal Brand

  • Promote and embody company culture, ensuring values are reflected internally and externally.
  • Support leadership in creating a strong employee experience that mirrors the resident experience.
  • Provide training or tools to staff on brand communication and customer interaction.
  • Trend & Data Monitoring
  • Stay ahead of emerging marketing and resident engagement trends.
  • Track and analyze traffic, campaign performance, social metrics, and resident retention data.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and maximize results.

Creative Oversight

  • Manage design and placement of signage, marketing materials, and promotional items.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and resonate with both prospects and residents.
  • Collaborate with designers, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
  • Growth & Leadership
  • Build relationships with customers, residents, partners, and the community to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for future marketing teams as the company scales.
  • Report regularly to leadership on performance, opportunities, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (real estate/multifamily or service industry experience a strong plus).
  • Strong presence on camera and in-person; comfortable being the face of the company.
  • Experience with resident or customer engagement programs.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social platforms, Google Analytics, SEO, paid ads).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
