Porter Hybrid

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter Hybrid to support the daily operations, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our residential property. This role combines hands-on porter duties while assisting with our day to day maintenance work orders. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-service focused, and comfortable handling both physical tasks and basic office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including common areas, walkways, parking lots, and amenities.
• Perform routine inspections of the property and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with trash removal from vacant units.
• Support maintenance team with basic tasks (light repairs, unit turns, painting, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with work orders and maintenance requests.
• Provide general office support to property management staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in property management, janitorial, porter, or maintenance roles is a plus
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and shift between physical and administrative duties
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
