Before joining Kromer, Erika worked in the multifamily industry for 16 years. She started with Kromer in 2020 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2022. Her experience includes takeovers, lease ups and renovations. She received an award for one of her communities for Property of the Year in 2018. She was also nominated for Manager of the Year three years in a row before becoming a Portfolio Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
