Housekeeper

Reports directly to the Property Manager

Main job tasks and responsibilities
• Interior cleaning skills.
• Taking out trash can garbage.
• Vacuuming and mopping.
• Physically walk the property and remove litter, debris and pet waste. Ensure that trash and other debris is promptly removed for all interior areas.
• Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, dumpster and recreation areas remain free of litter at all times.
• Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties.

Key Competencies
• Capability to continuously be on feet.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
