Our maintenance training director trains each maintenance supervisor to become well rounded and successful in their craft. We have a training facility where our maintenance staff members train each month to prepare them in handling every maintenance situation efficiently. They train in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, preventive maintenance, and customer service. Each maintenance supervisor is CPO EPA, and OSHA 10 certified.
